Virus Shield Biosciences are Microbial Health and Hygiene Specialists that operate in a number of industries globally. Due to rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our growing and enthusiastic team as a Technical Consultant in our Head Office, looking after UK and Europe.
To be successful, you should be able to develop an excellent rapport with existing customers and work with new clients, become knowledgeable about our products and alternative solutions in the marketplace, be able to understand technical terminology and relate this to non-technical clients. Full training in our products and services will be given and we will offer genuine career progression. You may be required to travel internationally to work from our other global offices.
**Technical Consultant Responsibilities**:
- Assist in gaining new customers and distributors
- Providing technical support
- Having excellent communication and IT skills
- Being able to create and present PowerPoint presentations
- Being punctual and organised
- Working well within a team
- Researching new market sectors and following up on all leads
- You may be required to perform other duties to meet the needs of the business
**Technical Consultant Requirements**:
- Documented experience providing distributors customer service
- Have excellent communication and IT skills
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with the motivation to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to identify and follow up on leads
- Exceptional skills in promoting products and closing deals
- Knowledge of promotion techniques
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance
- A valid clean driver’s license and a willingness to travel
**Job type: Full time, permanent, competitive pay with bonus, car allowance and unlimited commission structure.**
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
