What Are We Looking For?

On top of this, there is clear development opportunity with the position, including qualifications that can be undertaken through the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

- Assisting with the negotiation and placement of purchase orders.
- Assisting with the receipting, logging, and filing of supplier invoices.
- Following up with suppliers to ensure materials arrive complete and on time.
- Support and take direction from the Procurement team.
- Assist the Project Managers/Teams with pricing enquires for obtaining goods/services from suppliers.
- Data input required for the purchasing and stores systems.
- Managing and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with a team or independently.
- Able to adapt to changing business requirements and challenges quickly and positively whilst efficiently prioritising workload/tasks.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Software.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
