As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver's Mate to join our team. A typical day will consist of 4 customer drops with some product assembly and include loading vehicles ready for the next day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Delivery Driver to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of Bramblecrest garden furniture to designated locations.
- Help load and unload furniture items from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Ensure that all loads are accurately loaded and checked before departure.
- Assist with Building customers sets on delivery when required and the removal of packaging waste.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records during loading and unloading.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the delivery driver and relevant departments.
- Effectively communicate with the Delivery Driver, dispatch team, and customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or changes.
- Report any issues or challenges encountered during deliveries promptly.

What we are looking for:

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as required.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
