About the role

The role is looking for a qualified teaching assistant to work with a class of KS1 children from February half term, assisting the classroom teacher with general duties and small groups. The applicant would need to hold valid and relevant qualification and relevant experience in Primary Schools, which could be referenced.

Located in Handsworth, this school is a three form entry school with a highly experienced KS1 team in place.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant - Handsworth you will:

- All staff must hold an enhanced DBS disclosure which must also be registered to the Update Service (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
- Need to provide professional or academic references.

- A prohibition from teaching check will be completed for all applicants.
