**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**

**Payment Processing**
- Opening, processing, and funding accounts on behalf of clients, including:

- Check high value transactions to fund the accounts opened
- Recording confirmations of payments on our systems
- Transferring funds between bank accounts
- Confirming to internal teams on all payments executed daily
- Performing daily reconciliation processes
- Communicating with banking partners regarding account openings and the execution of payments to and from them

**Product Maintenance**

Work with our banking partners to update products on our platform, including:

- Daily product upload to our platform for certain banks
- Creating new products on our platform when there are new offerings
- Communicating with banking partners on bespoke rates and products for high value clients

**System & Process Improvement**
You’ll be using our systems and processes every day and we’re always looking to improve these. We will want your hear ideas on how to do the following:

- Make payment processes more efficient
- Make processes easier for clients
- Make the technology interface more user-friendly

You will work in the Payments team but will also work very closely with our Client services team. Your role will be vital in servicing new and existing clients and your team’s work will directly impact the client experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**

We work in an FCA regulated environment, handling millions of pounds of client cash every day so we need bright, high-quality individuals.

Experience and skills required for the role:

- Strong analytical skills, with experience with excel
- Able to work without supervision, focusing on the interactions between different parts of the business and our banking partners, to deliver required outcomes
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
