**Position Summary**

We are looking for a Production Operator for the Manufacturing Team. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be required to understand and monitor the process.

This is a fast-paced role which requires great attention to detail and momentum.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**
- Working directly with both Supervisor and Technical Support
- Monitor the manufacturing process, carry out basic testing and quality checks as per our internal standards
- Basic understanding of equipment used for manufacturing
- Report equipment faults to the Supervisor in charge
- Set and operate machines
- Make quality control checks on products: PH, taste, colour, appearance, flavour, texture
- Fill out all required documentation for traceability and auditing
- Ensure products are to the correct tolerances
- Meet customer and internal standards and specifications
- Record how much raw material has been used during manufacturing and the weight of product produced
- Process documentation needed for manufacturing of finished products
- Weigh and label manufactured goods ready for production area
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Follow health and safety rules of the company
- Train/mentor less experienced Operators
- Attend taste panels when required
- Support, comply and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a safe and clean working environment at all times. Follow Clean as you go procedures

**Required Essential Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar role
