You will be joining a successful expanding business that works in the UK and European markets. The turnover of this business is 40 million and they have 13 Offices throughout the UK and Europe. You will work closely with the Sales Manager in seeing all bidsthrough from the initial stage of enquiry to a decision. Projects (Bids/Tenders) will vary and are mainly driven by the sales team. Writing skills, project coordination, and teamwork are key to success in this role.
**You will**:

- Project manage f 1st-stage and 2nd-stage bids and other bid processes.
- Project manage the completion of Supplier Questionnaires (SQs)/ Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) in collaboration with the Proposals Manager.
- Supporting new bids from concept through to fruition ensuring business offers are clearly articulated and final submissions are reviewed.
- Carry out detailed research on prospective customers, projects, and consultants to help inform project assessment and bid strategy
- Responsible for the creation and upkeep of projects including download/ upload of tender-related information from customer-specific web portals and ensuring all tender information is distributed to the required source in a timely manner.
- Prepare bid-related presentations for bid launch and settlements, in accordance with the agreed agenda, to clearly articulate the project specifics, tender deliverables, timescales, and strategy
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to develop a design brief and content for bid submissions and mid and post-tender interview presentations.
- Contribute to the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations, ensuring that written work is clear, concise, and compelling.
**You will have**:

- Experience in Bid Writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include copywriting and proofreading.
- Creative and business writing skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills
