**The Role** Fortem Stonewater are actively recruiting for a Multi skilled carpenter to join our successful and dedicated team. Ideally you will be placed in and around the Exeter area however you must have the flexible to cover in areas dependingon operational demands. If successful please note that all our operatives work out of hours for an emergency service this is part of the Stonewater contract.

**The Project** Fortem's partnership with Stonewater is at the beginning of it's 5+5+5 contract. We oversee the maintenance of around 7,000 assets, helping to maintain homes for a variety of people from all walks of life. Working closely withour clients and their residents, our Voids team are responsible for delivering properties for Stonewater, and helping deliver affordable homes of good quality to those that need them most. You will operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remainup to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas. Most importantly, you will be joining a values based business with a true family ethos, with our people at the heart of everything that we do.

**Essential and Desirable Criteria** Essential Criteria: *NVQ/qualifications in Carpentry
- Full UK Driving Licence *Excellent communication skills *Pro-active in resolving problems
