We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our friendly and creative team as a Junior Internal Trainer

£28,000 plus bonus and Company Car (Audi A3), this will increase to £30,000 on completion of a successful probation period.

Previous experience in training is not required, however, you need a passion to make a difference through developing people.

**Areas of responsibilities include**:

- Delivering systems and process training to small groups, or on a one on one basis, in person or remotely.
- Developing and updating training material and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Developing a supportive and coaching relationship with our regional teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Evaluating and measuring training outcomes.
- Providing constructive and honest feedback in person and via training reports.
- Supporting the wider team and business to improve overall performance.

**Key Requirements**:

- Have a passion to make a difference
- Have enthusiasm and energy
- Ability to be honest and empathetic
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Driving licence
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as required
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
