Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SIA Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to excel in their roles.

Rate of pay to be discussed upon interview.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement training programs based on the needs of the organization and individual employees
- Conduct training sessions and workshops both in-person and virtually
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to reinforce learning objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
- Proficient in using multimedia tools and e-learning platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
