**Overview**
Position: Sales Representative
Location: North West & Central Regions.
Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: £26,500.00 - £28,500.00 per year + performance bonus.
Benefits: Car Allowance, Company Pension.

**The Role**
We have a great opportunity for a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. Based from our office in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, you will predominantly cover the North West and Central regions, with occasional nationwide travel to functions and events.

**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting the company’s operational services and growing sales.
- Proactively expanding the company’s customer base by identifying new and potential leads.
- Representing and promoting the company at appointments, meetings, and events.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Delivering presentations to market services to prospective customers.
- Collaborating with management in business development planning and supporting marketing programs.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- A focused and enthusiastic individual with great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly build a rapport with customers and maintain relationships.
- Drive to meet and exceed measurable performance targets and goals.
- Minimum of 3 years’ successful experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction, civil engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Proficient time management and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving License.
