**Project Manager / Artworker - Large Format**

**Location: Essex**

**Salary**: DOE + Overtime

**Company**: A well-established large format and digital company.

**Role**:Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

You will plan and designate project resources - ensuring all departments are provided with the specific project information to enable the correct and timely manufacture and installation
- Serve as a day-to-day contact
- Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Collate and prepare end of project invoicing documentation upon completion of each project or projects

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of managing projects within the large format print industry - Essential
- A good understanding of large format print and production processes.
- Being able to oversee projects from start to finish - Interpreting briefs from Clients & Account Managers, processing artwork through the Production department, liaising with installation teams and ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
- Knowledge of the Adobe CS - Preferable
- Excellent organisational skills, a methodical working style & high attention to detail.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team collaboration skills
