As one of Manchester’s fastest growing and ambitious car leasing companies, PVC are aiming to bring the best possible service to our customers and the wider community. We are putting a huge emphasis on the growth of the electric car sector and want to be a part of the big shift that the car sector is currently seeing. We’re after someone who has a hunger and desire to help us on our ambitious journey, whilst developing their own careers.

Working with PVC, you’ll be making a difference to the lives of the people in our community by giving them their dream car. Your knowledge and expertise will be paramount in the success of both the company’s and the customer’s journey. You will be spearheading the growth of the business and have the opportunity to expand your personal growth desires, without limits.

Our Consultants are what separate us from the competition; the people who make a difference to our environments, our customers and their experience. As a leasing consultant, you’ll handle all finance enquiry leads, steering the sales process and providing exceptional service from the initial chat and all the way through to handing them the keys to their dream vehicle.

**What does the role of Leasing Consultant involve?**
- Create an unbeatable experience for our customers, from your first greeting, helping them find the perfect fit finance deal and all the way through to them driving off in their perfect car
- Become an ambassador of the brand, instilling your passion for the service we offer and understanding how it correlates with creating a hugely important and positive experience for the customers
- Owning the sales process, from start to finish. Building real connections with our customers and guiding them from their initial interest all the way through to making a decision to purchase a vehicle. Ensuring that the conversion rates and all important KPIs are met along the way
- Providing customers with not only a new car but delivering an experience that they will remember, as well as considering the wider services that could be upsold to the customers

**What skills do I need to succeed in the Leasing Consultant role?**
- Taking pride in the exceptional customer interactions. Having experience of creating an unmatchable level of service for the customers, and creating positive outcome that encourages customer retention
- A passion for the automotive industry, and has a strong interest in the growth of the EV sector
- Energy, experience and desire to achieve brilliant results
- Computer literacy and a knowledge of CRM systems
- A can-do attitude - knowing how to overcome customer concerns and objections

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
