Total Staff is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of student accommodation in Nottingham, committed to creating a comfortable and conducive living environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a Temporary Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our accommodation facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in communal areas, student rooms, and other designated spaces.
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic living environment for our students.
- Emptying and disposing of waste in accordance with established procedures.
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance or supply issues to the relevant authorities.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift/carry cleaning equipment and supplies.

**Working Hours**:
**Pay**:
The hourly rate for this position is £12.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3-12 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
