Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a varied generalist role, the successful applicant will support the growth of the company by providing comprehensive HR advisory service.

**As HR Advisor you will have the following duties and responsibilities**:

- All round generalist HR role where you will be involved in all aspects of HR
- Confidently managing and advising managers on ER in line with company HR procedures
- Managing all aspects of the recruitment process for a range of roles
- Developing employee engagement, policies and procedures, contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Excellent opportunity to get involved with project work and develop your skill set
- Dealing with HR administration and general employment enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

**We're looking for an HR Advisor with the following skills and experience**:

- Extensive proven experience of working in a similar HR Advisory role with the ability to make decisions, work on your own initiative and hit the ground running
- Sound experience on ER, relevant legislation and developing / coaching managers
- Well-structured approach to time management and prioritisation within a busy environment
- Effective, helpful and approachable communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to deal tactfully with difficult situations
- Preferred experience working within a manufacturing or logistics environment
- CIPD or similar HR qualification preferred
- IT Proficient and a confident user of MS Office

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week - hybrid working model

**Salary and benefits**:

- £32,000 - £38,000
