DAY TO DAY**:

- Coordinating changes to the Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives across the site and ensure it meets all expectations
- Assist the Quality Systems Manager with Internal and External Audits Supporting the Factory environment to be Audit ready.
- Trending complaints, customer feedback and responding as required.
- Ensure all the non-conformances a fully investigated, the root cause analysis is conducted and measures to avoid recurrence are put in place.
- Co-ordinating the investigation and preparing the response for complaints, solving technical queries. Support the QA supervisor with QA team tasks and duties
- Perform tests to validate relevant process to guarantee compliance with BRC standards and food safety related protocols. Generate appropriate reports
- Adjust customer shelf life based on validation exercises when production dates are to be changed in coordination with productiom
- Coordinate with NPD and production the setup of new products and corresponding shelf life in the system.
- Determine shelf life and specification criteria for products devised from technological advancements. Support the implementation and integration of the HACCP Plan & Quality Management Systems. Collate and data analyse the QMS records and present findingsas tabular results for onward business reporting and for the organization for the storage of all associated records for the designated retention period.
- Responsible for Customer Specifications, Complaint Management and SAQ completion on customer portal systems Involvement in different projects coordinating and collating data from Engineering, H&S, Environmental and HR.
- Liaise with the team members on operational issues encouraging an open, respectful, teamwork orientated and honest culture.
- Deputize for the Technical Systems Manager in their absence
