Dispatch Administrator

We are looking for an Dispatch Administrator to join our fantastic Company nestled in Lacock, Wiltshire. Working with us means joining a community of experienced and passionate colleagues who take pride in working for the largest supplier of free-range and organic eggs in the UK.

**Shift Pattern**:

- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (£10.60ph)

**Key Tasks/ Duties**:

- Checking through picking slips and loading plans
- Booking in customer orders
- Allocating reference numbers for order collections
- Entering updates and adjustments into the computer system
- Reconciling daily dispatch and stock figures
- Collating information from picking slips for KPIs
- Allocating stock to the Egg Innovation Centre

- Comfortable working in a factory environment
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Great attention to detail

**Health & Safety**:

- Only operate machinery that you have been trained to use.
- Ensure you use the correct PPE for the task at all times and the PPE used is in good condition
- Be safety conscious in every task you perform and lookout for the safety of others working around you.
- Ensure correct manual handling techniques are followed at all times.
- Comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures

**Salary**: £10.60 per hour
