This role will see you travelling across Bristol, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Bridgwater and everything in between.

**What you'll do**:
We are looking for a motivated, meticulous, diligent and organised person to assist with the development of the existing Competence Management System, developing training resources, delivering training and undertaking competence assessments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include working with the project team on:

- developing schemes of work and training resources
- the effective and timely delivery of training documents, manuals and assessments
- scheduling and delivering training to staff at all levels, eg, apprentices to managers
- undertaking competence assessments of staff in the workplace
- liaising with employees and/or managers
- training gap analysis, reporting and data management
- mapping/recognising work-based activities with a set criteria
- reviewing training documents, procedures and manuals
- delivering the programme in the learning management system
- training resource requirement monitoring
- identifying standards and appropriate training gaps to be filled
- providing project team and managers training, support, advice and guidance
- supporting compliance with ISO 9001 certification and GDPR, adhering to the WWSL policies and procedures.

**What you'll need**:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a flexible approach and a willingness to take on new challenges.

You'll have all the skills associated with being a trainer/assessor along with a training and/or assessor qualification, or agree to complete one.

To be successful, you will have excellent administration skills and be a confident communicator across all levels.

In addition, we are looking for:

- attention to detail and accuracy
- a methodological, logical approach to problem-solving and task completion
- aptitude and desire to learn new knowledge, skills and techniques quickly
- a willingness and ability to travel to various offices/sites (remote)
- strong reasoning and interpersonal skills
- good time management skills
- a high level of English and grammatical accuracy
- computer literacy and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- the ability to work within a routine schedule and manage the demands of additional deadlines
- the ability to inspire a positive attitude
- the patience to deal with various situations
- passion to learn new things

A full driving licence is required, as is access to your own vehicle.
