**Sheet Metal Fabricator / Welder required to work in our premises in Leeds West Yorkshire.**

**We are primarily a signage based company who carry out anything from single orders to mass roll out work and also cater for small individual bespoke jobs.**
**Our fabrication methods include but are not limited to MIG and TIG welding, sanding, polishing and working to a high standard is a daily process.**

**What we are ideally looking for**:

- Ability to read / understand and work from technical drawings.
- Experienced in using machinery such as Press Brakes, Guillotines, Rolls, Punch, Welders etc.
- Knowledge of Fabricating and Welding of Mild Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel.
- Quality control and finishing skills prior to next processes such as powder coating.
- Must have a full clean drivers license.
- Ideally be able to operate a fork lift truck.

**Every day tasks would include**:

- Fabricating and welding an array of different products.
- Ensure productivity and dead lines are met.
- Hand tools and mechanical equipment used daily.
- General upkeep of the workshop keeping it clean and tidy at all times.
- Unloading wagons with a fork lift truck as part of a rotor system.

**The job position will be based on a 3 month probation period where if successful a permanent roll will be given.**

**As we are a small company, occasionally you may be asked to work overtime to help out with a rush job potentially** **needed very quickly, overtime would be paid at time and a half and double time on Sundays if required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
