Pcn Trainee Nursing Associate

Modality Partnership Haydock has a full-time vacancy for a PCN Trainee Nursing Associate. The postholder will work towards progression into the post of Nursing Associate through successful completion of the Nursing Associate training programme which includes the attainment of a level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent qualification and will help deliver a joined-up approach across a specific locality, to deliver excellence in care and engage with all GP practices within the PCN, community teams and widerstakeholders in the locality. This job is suitable for individuals who are career driven and have a passion for working in an agile manner, implementing solutions, delivering high quality patient care and who are committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to improve patient care.
The job is not suitable to people who are not resilient to working in a fast-paced environment, working flexibly in line with ever changing demands in Primary Care and the wider NHS.
**Main duties of the job**
To develop and maintain knowledge, skills and competencies related to the role of Nursing Associate within the service and through completion of the Nursing Associate training programme which includes working in care settings and delivery of person-centred care.
The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job; the job requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.
