**Swift Placements** have an amazing opportunity within our client whose business is supplying to the Food Service, fast food, and wholesale sectors across the UK. Our client operates as a national wholesale and Food Service distribution business.

Due to company expansion, an opportunity has a risen to join a rapidly growing sales team as a Telesales Executive. You will be based within our depot and will need to be highly motivated, driven, ambitious and enthusiastic.

You will be the first point of contact, dealing with school kitchens and fast food like chip shops and pizza houses building up relationships and answering questions and queries, working withing a busy and motivated office environment working **Monday to Friday 9am-5pm** (37.5 hours per week)

**The job role includes**:

- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls
- Ensuring all orders given by our customers are recorded and entered accurately on our SAP system
- Comparing current orders with previous orders to identify any sales opportunities
- Using sales skills to up-sell any promotional offers
- Creating opportunities to sell additional products and build lasting relationships with customers
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of our product range and promotions
- Using sales skills to sell short-dated and damaged stock to customers

**About you**:

- At least 1 year of telesales experience **(essential)**:

- Knowledge of SAP **(desirable)**:

- Knowledge of the food industry would be desirable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong knowledge of computer office programmes for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
