To carry out planned and unplanned maintenance duties in properties maintained by CHoICE as directed by Estates officers and supervisors. To maintain properly and effectively, to a high standard, all building structures, fabric and finishes and internal/external furnishings in all properties and associated buildings maintained by CHoICE as directed. The post holder will be expected after approx. 3 months to participate in 24/7 on-call service provision within agreed shift systems, on-call duties and overtime arrangements where appropriate payments will be made.
