Monday to Friday 9.30 to 5.30
**Salary**:
£14,000 pa
**Role and Responsibilities**
An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and motivated individual to join our technical team.
If you want a career which offers diversity, scope for creativity, a dynamic environment with an increasing demand in the market then unified communications engineering might just be your calling. We are seeking an Cloud Communications, due to a shortage of skilled people in the UK, you will go through an intense 18-month training programme where you will gain necessary skills required to do the job.
- System Diagnostics
- Diagnosing and fixing faults in systems
- Building and testing Cloud Telephony features
- General administration support to the teams/customers
- Talking customers through basic user instructions after initial set up.
- Fault finding line/software services
- Visiting customer premises
- Overtime when required.
- Update the company ticketing system.
- Provisioning Orders and associated administration
**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:
- Be a quick learner
- Love technology
- Be able to think in a structured manner
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills
- English and Maths GCSE (Grade C/ 4 or above)
