Module Leaders are required to join a Warwick based OEM, you will be part of a team who are responsible for the delivery of module elements for a new vehicle programme that covers EV, hybrid and ICE. The Module Leaders will support from initial style feasibilityto Engineering handover. The role requires taking delivery ownership & supporting the delivery of programme deliverables

**AsModule Leader
- you will be required to**
- Support the successful completion of all programme milestone and gateway requirements
- Attend key meetings including project reviews, Start Up Meetings etc
- Setting and managing delivery of cascaded attributes including performance, cost, weight etc
- Manage the Supplier Engagement requirements
- Provide the interface between the Product Development Team and the Programme team
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews for the resolution of technical issues

**As Module Leader - you will have;**
- Degree qualified or equivalent with considerable experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage a team of Engineers and / or acknowledged industry experts in one or more areas
- Experience of Automotive new model activities - concept to launch environment - preferably in the role of project leader or commodity/system leader or similar
- Understands roles and needs of different client groups; with supporting evidence of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Experience of presenting technical status and communicating confidently at all levels within the business and the supply base
- Capable of managing complex projects and providing leadership to a project team
