We arelooking for a **Housekeeping Office Coordinator**:

- Who willensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for teambriefings
- Who will deal with all telephone calls and requests
- Who willkeep close communication with front office and floor supervisors
- Who hasprevious experience with Opera or another hotel operating system
- Whoempowers the team to be more involved in the guest experience
- Who will listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them
- Who has a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
