**The Company - Brand Marketing Manager**

Our client is a highly renowned organisation in the pet industry, established over 40 years ago, and is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join their team. The business owns a number of key brands and is a distributor for a number of big names across thenation too.

They have some exciting growth plans, and this position is pivotal to really make a difference through a period of transformation.

This role is hybrid, working 2 days in the office and 3 remote per week.

**The Role - Brand Marketing Manager**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working within the wider marketing, ecommerce and product teams (circa 15 in total) your responsibilities will include:

- Championing the brand, developing consistent and on-brand messaging across a variety of platforms and mediums.
- Delivering new product launches across the brand portfolio, owning the budgets.
- Supporting with the maintenance of the annual campaign and promotional calendar.
- Supporting with the organisation of events, raising awareness opportunities and sponsorships.

**Requirements - Brand Marketing Manager**
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on brand.
- Experience in end-to-end campaign management across multiple channels.
- Extensive organisation skills, able to spin multiple plates, roll with the punches, and adapt to changes and deadlines.
- A B2C background, ideally in retail with an interest or experience in the pet sector.

**Location**

This role is hybrid, working 2 days in the office and 3 remote per week.

Therefore, suitable commutable locations include Nottingham, Leicester, Beeston, Derby, Castle Donington, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Southwell, Newark-on-Trent, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Mansfield, Burton upon Trent, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, and Matlock.
