Butcher

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Butcher to join a team based in Redruth

**Hourly Rate**: £13.50

**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week

**Schedule**: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexibility required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications and orders.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times.
- Assist with stock management, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting customers with product selection and answering inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the butcher shop.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Butcher, with a strong understanding of meat cutting techniques and safety procedures.
- Excellent knife skills and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional weekends.
