**Property Inventory Clerk - Part-time, Self Employed/Freelance**

Opportunity to join a growing property services company in the Berkshire/North Hampshire area. This is a PART TIME, self-employed position based in and around Crowthorne, Wokingham, Winnersh, Farnborough and Aldershot.

BlueSky Inventories are looking for an **EXPERIENCED** property inventory clerk to carry out inventory check in and check out reports on properties. This opportunity has arisen due to growth of the company and this role may have potential for increased hours as the company continues to grow.

**Job Details**:

- Self-Employed position with flexibility on working days.
- Ideally available to work 2 days a week with some Saturday work.
- Remuneration to be on a price per job or set day rate, to be discussed with applicants. Approximately equivalent to £13 - £18 per hour.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Carry out property inventories, check-ins/check-outs in line with agreed timescales and service standards.
- Compile and submit reports from these inspections, ensuring all reports are accurate and complete.
- Collect and return keys to/from agents.
- Meet and greet with tenants and walk through property.
- Get tenant signatures for key hand over.
- Ensure all appointments are attended on time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least SIX months experience compiling property inventory reports
- Able to work flexibly, up to 2 days a week, with some Saturday work.
- MUST have a; car and valid driving license, tablet (ideally an iPAD), mobile phone and be fully IT literate.

**SKILLS**:

- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Good communication/diplomacy skills, with the ability to deal with clients in a professional manner
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written English.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Well organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

**Salary**: £17.00-£22.00 per hour
