Job Description:
Title: PC Co-Ordinator (Programming)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Ballymoney

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 39 hours per week

We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Ballymoney. We currently have opportunities for a PC Co-Ordinator.

Position Details
- Main Duties & Responsibilities_
- Creating program packs to release to the machine shop
- Keeping the material database up to date with material usage
- Creating cutting lists and nesting using the programming software
- Efficient nesting of parts to increase material utilization and reduce scrap
- Building a cutting database to be used in conjunction with TMS extracts
- Have a good understanding of CAD drawings to determine secondary operations within our facilities
- Creating system symbols for nest creation from DXF files
- Extracting cut times and weights of parts for TMS
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required

About you
- Experience Level & Required Qualifications:_

Essential:

- GCSEs or equivalent in English & Maths at Grade C or above
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer literate particularly Microsoft Excel
- Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
- Good Presentation skills

Desirable:

- 3rd Level qualification in Engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing, material management and industrial engineering
- Experience using MRP Systems
- Experience programming or operating CNC cutting machines
