Right now, we're looking for a Senior Designer who, if successful, will be a key player in a team of multidisciplinary experts who create innovative and award-winning campaigns and experiences that live in the physical and digital world. All we ask is that you have deep experience across multiple channels with a primary focus on user experience, interaction and motion design.

Location wise, you can be based anywhere in the UK, as long as you're available to come to the Birmingham office on occasion (*when we're back in the office and not working remotely, that is).

**Requirements**:
As Senior Designer, you’ll be expected to deliver world class work, but we also want you to mentor junior designers, helping to shape their personal skills and design perspective too. They’re a super talented bunch, but we want you to help show them how to keep pushing our creative output forward.

Senior Designers need to collaborate across disciplines on a daily basis, all while maintaining high standards for original concepts and detailed execution. This is an opportunity to define and reinvent the how integrated campaigns maximise the opportunities that digital channels present, so a passion for technology and experience design is critical.

What we’d like to see:

- Strong conceptual thinking. Ability to flex ideas and executions across multiple channels and establish visually stunning, digital first design.
- A strong creative agency background, or experience in a forward-thinking digital product studio.
- Adobe CC is our primary toolset. You’ll be fluent in XD, Photoshop and animation tools such as After Effects.
- A broad portfolio of work, covering interactive, social, animation, mobile, experiential and activation as well as brand identity and comms.
- Strong teamwork skills — the ability to work with Strategists, creatives and technology teams, as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
- A solid understanding of designing for web and mobile and best practice - usability, navigation, interaction design, user interface design, web technologies and prototyping across the entire customer journey.
- A great attitude and a lack of ego.
