**HR Coordinator / HR Assistant**

**Location**:Lymington

**Basis**: 1 year FTC

**Hours**: Office hours, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £30,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our client, an established but rapidly growing fintech, in a time of expansion across multiple countries. This is an exciting time to join the team and be part of something truly unique.

**Day to day you will**:

- Partner with the HR Administrator to manage the employee onboarding experience
- Coordinate new starter inductions
- Facilitate the completion of all employment contracts and offer letters
- Partner with the Head of HR to collate and communicate all relevant payroll information to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Audit all employee personnel records, partnering with the HR administrator to ensure all personnel files are accurate and up to date, adhering to all data protection requirements
- Own and maintain the HRS and other HR systems
- Support the achievement of OKRs through the preparation of reports, presentations and any other required information
- Employee engagement: work with the HR team to launch and manage initiatives to increase employee wellbeing and engagement
- Partner with the Head of HR to coordinate and execute companywide events
- Foster a proactive approach in maintaining existing, and acquiring new benefit providers, as well as owning the complete employee benefit lifecycle
- Undertake ad-hoc project work and support to the wider HR Team as required
- Coordinate ad hoc travel and accommodation
- Support the HR Team with ad hoc recruitment needs

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with change as a constant companion
- Ability to self-manage and use initiative to prioritise tasks and manage high volumes of work at short notice, while remaining calm under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Highly responsible, reliable, with integrity and a strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to find pragmatic solutions, seek improvements and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility and adaptability to different work situations
- Appreciation of managing sensitive/confidential information
- Experience of Workable and Bob systems would be perfect, but this isn’t essential
