**We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting package of £24,384 (pro rata), this is made up of a base salary of £22,400 (pro rata) along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1484 discretionary performance related bonus.**

You’ll be totally flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one particular element of your role. - Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**
- In a part-time Branch based role, you’ll be working **14 **hours a week across Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm**
- The role is based in **Kendal **branch
- This is a **12 months fixed term contract**
