Job description

Groundshore are currently seeking to recruit a Hire Controller to work alongside our Depot Manager at our head office in Sandbach.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Receiving orders and requests for collection
- Liaising closely with the technical department
- Raising quotations and processing hire and sales orders
- Planning of transport for deliveries and collections
- Liaising with customer, dealing with damages

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the hire industry, and especially shoring is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills, excellent telephone manner
- PC literate with experience of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Syrinx or other similar hire rental management systems is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,512.00-£25,998.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Hire Controlling: 2 years (required)
