**Your new company**
The school is a tiny school which is really nurturing and the staff are well supported with their well-being. The school places a huge importance on work-life balance and making sure you don't spend time at home marking or planning. They give their staff 6planning sessions a week to allow enough time to prepare for the lessons.
**Your new role**
The school is looking for a Qualified Teacher who would shadow one of the exciting teachers in for half a term and then would take on their own classes. They hoping that the new teacher will either join their KS2 class or joining the brand new KS1 class.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have teaching experience within the last 5 years
- Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status
- Good Knowledge of the English National Curriculum
