At The Prince of Wales Hospice we are passionate about providing specialist care for people who have an incurable, life-limiting illness. We help hundreds of patients each year and our charity shops play a key role in helping us raise much needed income to provide our services to people across many different areas.

About the role

As Mobile Shop Supervisor you will cover absence and holidays across all of our charity shops. This is a varied role which allows you to make a contribution across the whole retail team. Whilst providing cover across our shops you will pick up and share best practice to help us make improvements in other areas. You will help optimise income from sales, deliver excellent customer service to the public, help maintain a clean and tidy shop and play a key role in working with and motivating our shop volunteers. Previous experience of cash handling, working in a fast paced retail environment and having supervisory or management experience are essential requirements. Working in the retail charity sector and with volunteers would also be desirable.
