Our 2023 Programme offers a Customer Service Apprenticeship opportunity within our Customer Care Team.

The Customer Care Team help to transform lives through learning by providing individuals with Information, Advice and Guidance on our Flexible Learning Programmes. Whether it is supporting them on to the programme, helping them decide which programme best supports them in securing their career aspirations or working in a sales position, our Flexible Learning Team provide life-changing opportunities
