**Commercial Surveyor -Forest of Dean**
**Leases & Lettings**
A commercial surveyor specialising in new leases, lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and maintaining tenant relationships is required to join a privately owned property company based in the Forest of Dean.
The company has a mixed-use portfolio which includes industrial, office, land and residential development sites locally and further afield.
**Salary**: Negotiable and commensurate with experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mitcheldean, GL17 0DD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
