**Location**:Allostock, Knutsford

**Salary**: £14.75 per hour

**Hours**: 7am - 5pm (2 days one week - 4 days the next week but needs to be flexible)

Our client is a dual registered Care Home providing a safe, caring and therapeutic environment for the elderly.

The 40 en-suite bedroom home provides long and short term residential and nursing care, respite/ holiday care and post-operative convalescence.

The company are seeking a chef to join their friendly team.

**The Role**

To maintain a hygienic safe and pleasant environment for the residents and staff and to support the Home Manager in the effective operation of the kitchen and, to plan and provide nutritious meals to all residents on a daily basis, ensuring food purchasedis fresh and within set budgets. To ensure all health and safety and environmental health standards are achieved and maintained in accordance with the ‘Safer Food Better Business’ guidelines.

**Additional Information**

The location offers easy access to the motorway network and the local Cheshire towns of Knutsford, Holmes Chapel, Chelford and Northwich. There is no public transport available near the care home therefore access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
