**Duties**:
- Assist culinary and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
- Set up and break down banquet events, ensuring proper arrangement of tables, chairs, and linens
- Assist with serving food and beverages during banquets and events
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen and dining areas
- Support the overall operations of the restaurant or food service establishment
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Part-time hours: 35 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
