**Learning without Limits Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Family Support Worker to work with the Senior Education Welfare Officer, Academy staff and collaboratively with parents and external agencies to support families with complex needs and champion our most vulnerable students**

At the core of this role, is challenge and support. The primary focus is to provide practical support, information, advice and guidance covering a range of issues for example children’s development, learning, school attendance, behaviour management and parenting strategies around their needs and referring/signposting to other agencies as appropriate. The secondary focus is challenge to ensure those bespoke packages are delivered in a timely manner with evidenced outcomes.

**Location**:Based within the Trust Offices at Lancaster Academy, you will work with each of our five Academies which are based in the Leicester and Leicestershire area, with the possibility of new links within the Coventry area as required. The role will be based primarily within the community.

**Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, full-time**

**Salary: Grade 6, Point 15-18 £**27.852 - £30.150 **per annum**
