Valuations Administrator

**The Team & Focus of the Role**:
Would you like to join our established and driven Valuation and Professional Practice Team in Ashby? This office serves our clients within the Valuation and Professional Practice Team, and they are part of a close-knit network across the UK to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys having a varied workload and managing spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a full-time position. Working hours are 37.5 hour/week (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm).

**Duties will include**:

- Invoicing clients
- Typing
- Completing and checking timesheets
- Diary management
- Data input onto our systems
- Arranging valuations visits
- Background research on properties
- First-class work prioritisation
- Great organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- The desire to learn quickly and knowledge share
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Great verbal and written communication
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Full training will be provided for relevant systems and procedures.
