**Service Administrator**
£20,000 - £26,000pa / 8.30-5pm / 20 + 8 days holiday /
We are a refrigeration and air conditioning service company based in Rowley Regis with a team of service engineers nationwide. We work with well known contracts across the Retail, Health, Industrial and Commercial sector.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator to join the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning desk in Rowley Regis. We are looking for someone who has previously worked for an engineering company as part of the role will include schedulingengineers.
**Responsibilities**
- Sending out quotes for works
- Scheduling works in for the engineers
- Provide customers and engineers with information using the database.
- Proficient in the use of data systems, training will be provided.
- Ensuring the service team is running smoothly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook.
- The ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
- Liaise with engineers across UK
- Follow up customer queries where necessary
- Manage engineering time and call planning using systems provided.
