Are you looking for a new Communications Officer role where you can take ownership of the marketing and comms function?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of marketing experts that deliver skills and qualifications to future generations of marketers as well as support those within industry to develop their current skill set and expertise. As a Communications Officer, you will be managing a Junior Content Creator and will report into the CEO. You will spearhead the communications efforts and having a positive attitude will be essential.

You will also be responsible for:

- Liaising with the Google Adwords agency and overseeing work and results.
- Addressing post-purchase concerns, simplifying process and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Develop content including checklists, flowcharts, videos in order to simplify information for different learning styles.
- Create a social media strategy and expand presence within trade media and other relevant platforms.
