Store Manger

**Shop Manager (SOC 1221)**

**Duties**

Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing results and delegate tasks,
Look to drive more local sales and meet regular targets,
Recruit new colleagues and ensure they are made to feel welcome and trained to the highest standards according to strict Franchisor SLA,
Complete administration, stock take and banking/finance duties,
Ensuring the team to provide a fantastic customer service experience,
Ensure that store look presentable and vibrant and all stock up to date,
Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness,
Controlling costs on a daily basis to impact the profitability of the store,
Maintaining a positive brand image and service standards including uniform/presentation standards,
Promoting efficiency within the store to achieve service standards,
Managing of KPI compliance,
Problem solving and people management,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
