Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator who is happy to carry out a range of duties. You must be well-organised, flexible and take pride in your work.

As Administrator you will provide a variety of bookkeeping and accounting support to the Business/Office Manager and the Senior Management team. You will be working with **Excel / Xero** and will assist with logging bills and payments, maintaining bookkeeping files and managing employee expenses.

You will also be expected to carry out a range of ad-hoc duties including organising couriers, purchasing office and staff room supplies, recording employee holidays and assisting with events.

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role or demonstrable equivalent ability/skills
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel)
- Can work well under pressure
- Has attention to detail and excellent discretionary skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience in bookkeeping would be a bonus

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,500.00 per year
