Be responsible for delivery and execution of work packs and/or minor projects:

- To provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to team members.
- Ensure that the workforce is adequately briefed with regard to work plans, procedures, and practices.
- Complete pre-job site inspections.
- Write Method Statements.
- Complete Risk Assessments.
- Reviews plans and co-ordinates work activities.
- Prepare Permit Applications and liaise with Area Authority (AA).
- Supervises construction and/or maintenance works as required.
- Executes work in line with relevant engineering technical standards and AFC drawings.
- Inspect and punch out completed works.
- Be responsible for the productive and efficient utilization of resources, both physical and human.
- Raise Technical Queries.
- To capture all variations and/or changes to the original scope of work.
