Mbf are working with a fully independent Financial Planning practice to recruit a T&C Supervisor. Our client is a Chartered and well-respected firm of Advisers, they have grown organically over the past few years and have ambitious growth plans for the medium-& long-term future.

This will be a busy role working within a growing business, you can expect to work with existing Financial Advisers and new advisers joining the practice via recruitment & acquisitions.

**Duties will include**:

- Responsible for attaining and maintaining competence and first line supervision for individuals performing an FCA activity within the company by.
- Delivering new entrant training and other training interventions as required.
- Creating and ensuring training development plans for Advisers are followed. This may include technical or skills-based assessments along with supporting documentation.
- Providing feedback and coaching in relation to the outcome of role-plays and client visits/recordings.
- Undertaking Supervisor regular one to ones with new and existing Advisers.
- Ensure formal sign from competency in relation to new Advisers, where applicable.
- Reviewing new Advisers business whilst under direct supervision.
- Assist in the development, support and maintenance of the firm's T&C scheme and its documentation, including the policy and various electronic systems.
- Maintain close working relationships across the business and its management teams, with the ability to give Learning & Development support to non-regulatory roles via regulatory and product testing.

The client is looking to recruit an individual with at least two years experience within a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of Financial Planning and ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of FCA T&C regulations.Ideally you will be Diploma level already, however the client is happy to consider an experienced individual working towards.

The business is offering a basic salary to £45,000 + bonus and company benefits.

They also offer a flexible/remote proposition for staff, for the right individual you can work from home as long as you are happy to come into the office when needed and for team meetings - this will be a few times a month at most.
