Market Access Consultant responsible for ensuring effective project management from conception through to completion. Identify innovative approaches to help clients navigate their market access and commercial strategy challenges.

**Client Details**

UK-based CRO specialising in market access consulting in service of a large variety of clients ranging from global pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotechs. The company have a clear goal of solving their clients' most significant challenges by advisingon areas such as pricing, access, launch strategy, policy development, partnership strategy, value, and portfolio design.

**Description**

To be a successful Market Access Consultant, you will be able to:

- Ensure effective project management from conception through to completion (end-to-end project management), leading multiple projects simultaneously and smoothly
- Identify innovative approaches to help clients navigate their market access and commercial strategy challenges and bringing an experienced rebel perspective to thinking and approach
- Improve existing and identifying new client service offerings
- Lead on the design and conduct of secondary research reports, advisory boards, training programmes and primary research interviews with a variety of respondent types (e.g., Payers, Key Opinion Leaders, Budget Holders, Patients, Physicians, Clients, etc.)
- Identify and contributing to new business development, pitches, project deliverables, and thought leadership as required to position capabilities with prospects to continuously grow the consulting business
- Support members of the team to improve individual and team performance, providing mentorship and coaching to junior team members
- Lead specific internal projects to develop and strengthen our infrastructure; identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the way that we work

**Profile**

To be a successful Market Access Consultant, you will have:

- A strong scientific background
- A mix of commercial and pharmaceutical interests, experience, and education
- The ability to support the execution of multiple complex projects at once within a diverse remote team environment, to tight deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- An entrepreneurial flair
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for influencing, advising and consulting
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to a strong business standard
- Ability to work in a complex, ambiguous, fast-moving and uncertain environment
