Qualification and experience
Ideally must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Must have previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry.
Mist hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Be well versed with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Role
Undertaking asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties both commercial and industrial.
Consulting and liaising with clients from all levels.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients.
Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
