Studio Supervisor

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 50 studios nation-wide (and counting), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future

We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Supervisor for our Weymouth Studio.

Flexible between 9am and 9pm with evening and weekend flexibility required.

What we are looking for:
Essential
- English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
- At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
- At least 1 years customer facing experience
- Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education
- Able to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges

Desirable
- Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
- Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience
